Medication is delivered one to two days after the shipping date (nationwide delivery).
Delays may occur due to wholesaler stock shortages or weather disruptions (typhoons, heavy snowfall, etc.). Please allow extra time.

We cannot arrange or change delivery dates or times for you — not during your consultation, and not via the contact form. After shipment, we will email you the Yamato tracking number. Please use it to track or reschedule your delivery directly with Yamato Transport.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, indigestion, decreased appetite, bloating, belching, injection-site redness/itching, and fatigue. Dizziness and hair loss have also been reported with Zepbound.

Genital infections (e.g., candida), urinary tract infections (e.g., cystitis), frequent urination / increased urine volume, thirst, constipation, and genital itching
Serious side effects (rare but important)
Hypoglycemia / dehydration (which can progress to blood clots such as stroke) / ketoacidosis (which can occur even when blood sugar is not high) / pyelonephritis or a severe perineal infection (Fournier's gangrene) that can lead to sepsis
Stop the medication and seek medical care / contact our clinic immediately if:
- Intense thirst, greatly reduced urine, or dizziness (signs of dehydration) — drink fluids frequently
- Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain with deep breathing, or drowsiness/confusion (signs of ketoacidosis)
- Fever, pain on urination, or pain/swelling/redness of the genital area
- If you cannot eat properly due to fever, diarrhea, etc. (sick days), pause the medication and contact our clinic
For patients taking Canaglu: Overseas clinical trials reported an increased occurrence of lower-limb amputation and bone fractures. Contact us early if you notice foot pain, ulcers, or discoloration.

⚠ No-Return / No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept customer-initiated cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once payment has been completed.
- For quality and safety reasons, dispensed prescription medication cannot be reused or resold after it leaves our clinic.
- Medications that require refrigeration are shipped under refrigerated (cold-chain) conditions to preserve their quality; medications that can be stored at room temperature are shipped by standard delivery.
If the items you receive differ from your order, please contact the clinic within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accommodate reports made after 24 hours. To prevent tampering or substitution, we record a video of the package contents before shipping; a replacement will be provided only when a discrepancy is confirmed in this footage, and only after you have returned the item(s) to us (refunds and cancellations are not available in this case either).
If you pick up at our clinic, please check the contents at the counter when you receive them. We cannot respond to reports made after you have left the clinic.
